Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of data linked to Arrow Puzzle, published by BetterLifeStudio. The app has no username or password. Your activity is linked to your device.


1. What you can do yourself


You can turn notifications off in your device settings.


You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings.


You can restore or manage Ad-Free in Google Play. We do not store your card details.


You can uninstall the app. That removes data stored on your device, including level progress, Daily Challenge clears, coins, power-ups, and cached puzzles. A display name or times already posted to the daily leaderboard stay with us until you email us.


2. How to request full deletion


Email studiobetterlife69@gmail.com with the subject "Request to delete my data". Please include the app name Arrow Puzzle, a short note that you want your data deleted, your device make and model, the app version shown in the app or on your device, and roughly when you installed or last used the app.


You can also open Settings → Send Feedback and write the same request. We may ask for more detail so we delete the right record.


3. What we delete


When we approve a valid request, we delete or anonymize the device record we hold for this install, including a display name if you set one, and the daily leaderboard name and times posted from that device.


Level progress, Daily Challenge clears, coins, and power-ups are not on that list. They stay on your device, so uninstalling deletes them.


4. What we may keep


We may keep purchase and transaction records as needed for billing, refunds, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Payment is handled by the store. We do not store card details.


We may keep analytics in a form that no longer identifies you.


We may keep server logs for a short period for security, then delete or anonymize them.


Advertising data held by Google is not deleted by us. Use Google's own controls for that.


5. Response time


We reply to legitimate requests within 30 days.
