Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Arrow Puzzle (the "app"), published by BetterLifeStudio ("we," "us," or "our") on Google Play. By using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What the app is

Arrow Puzzle is a logic puzzle game. You clear a grid by tapping arrows in the right order. The app includes a campaign of levels, a Daily Challenge, a daily time leaderboard, coins, power-ups, a spin wheel, a shop, milestone challenges, ads, and optional one-time purchases.

There is no account. Your progress and coin balances stay on your phone. The app needs an internet connection to start, to show ads, and to complete store purchases.

2. Eligibility and access

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with a parent or legal guardian's permission. We may end access if we learn that a user is under 13.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to install and use the app on a device you own or control, for your own lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the app. You may not reverse engineer it except where the law expressly allows. You may not use cheats, bots, or exploits. You may not interfere with ads, purchases, or security. You may not use the app for unlawful or abusive purposes.

3. Virtual items and game progress

The app includes virtual items such as coins, hints, grid boosts, and magic boosts ("Virtual Items"). Lives and the level clock belong only to the current attempt. They are not an inventory you keep between levels.

Virtual Items have no real-world cash value. They cannot be transferred outside the app. They are not refundable except where required by law or Google Play policy. We may change, rebalance, add, or remove them when the game is updated.

Game progress and Daily Challenge clears are stored on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data may permanently delete progress. Ad-Free can be restored through Google Play. Coin balances are not restored from the store.

If you join the daily leaderboard, you choose a display name. That name and your time for the day are posted so other players can see them. You may play Daily Challenge without joining. Do not use a name that is offensive, impersonating, or unlawful. We may remove or hide a name or entry.

We are not responsible for loss of Virtual Items or progress caused by device failure, app removal, or unauthorised access to your device.

4. In-app purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play. We never receive your card or bank details. There are no subscriptions, and nothing auto-renews.

4.1 Ad-Free (one-time)

Ad-Free removes banner, native, full-screen, and app-open ads for the entitled Google Play account on supported devices. Rewarded ads remain available when you choose to watch one for an in-game reward. Use Restore Purchase in Settings after a reinstall or a device change, subject to Google Play rules.

4.2 Coin packs

Coin packs grant Virtual Items inside the app. You can buy them again. They are generally non-refundable except where required by law or Google Play policy.

4.3 Prices and refunds

Prices are shown in the app or at Google Play checkout. They may vary by region, taxes, and currency. We may change prices, packs, or offerings for future purchases. Refunds follow Google Play policy and applicable law.

5. Advertising

The app is supported in part by advertising from Google.

If you have not purchased Ad-Free, you may see banner, native, full-screen, and app-open ads. Rewarded ads appear only when you choose an action that offers a reward for watching an ad. Where the law requires it, a consent screen is shown before personalised ads. You can revisit this from Settings → Privacy Options where that option is available.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false or malicious reports. You agree not to post an abusive or misleading leaderboard name. You agree not to bypass ads, purchases, or game limits through unauthorised means. You agree not to use the app in a way that harms other users, us, or third-party services.

We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

7. Service availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, levels, rewards, ads, products, or the app itself at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The app is provided "as is" and "as available."

8. Intellectual property

The app, including its design, artwork, code, levels, trademarks, and content, is owned by BetterLifeStudio or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app and all Virtual Items are provided without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any particular level, reward, or purchase outcome will always be available.

10. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BetterLifeStudio and its owners, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, Virtual Items, or game progress arising from your use of the app or your inability to use it.

Our total liability for all claims relating to the app will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD 50. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the app or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Third-party services

The app uses Google Play for purchases and Google for ads. It also uses other service providers to keep the app running. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services. A link is not an endorsement.

12. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users or the service. Sections that by their nature should survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity, continue to apply.

13. Store terms, governing law, and general

Your use of the app is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service, which prevail on matters the store controls, such as billing and refunds. Google is not a party to these Terms and has no responsibility for the app.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India, except that either party may seek injunctive relief to protect its intellectual property. If you are a consumer elsewhere, the mandatory protections of your country still apply.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the app. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. You may not assign these Terms.

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change. For material changes we will notify you in the app. If you continue to use the app after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
